The GS2910 Moving Rail X-Ray Vehicle Inspection System is independently developed by GS AUTOMATIC CO., LIMITED for non-intrusive security inspection of a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans, buses, large passenger vehicles, and small to medium-sized trucks.
The system adopts an advanced wheel–rail mobile scanning design, where the inspection equipment automatically moves along the rail to scan the stationary vehicle. This design eliminates the need for the driver to drive through the scanner and ensures stable, high-quality image generation at a constant scanning speed.
GS2910 is widely deployed at customs checkpoints, border inspection ports, parking lot entrances, road traffic checkpoints, terminals, government facilities, and large-scale event venues.
GS2910 features a unique moving rail inspection architecture, offering multiple operational benefits:
Unmanned operation
The scanning equipment automatically travels on the rail without requiring the driver to operate the vehicle during inspection.
No radiation exposure
Drivers and passengers exit the vehicle during scanning, achieving 100% radiation-free protection for personnel.
High-quality imaging
Constant-speed scanning ensures clear and consistent X-ray images across the entire vehicle body.
Fast inspection throughput
Capable of inspecting up to 60 passenger vehicles per hour, suitable for busy checkpoints.
GS2910 uses dual-energy X-ray imaging technology to automatically identify and classify materials, including:
Organic materials
Inorganic materials
Difficult-to-penetrate metallic objects
This capability helps operators quickly detect weapons, explosives, drugs, smuggled goods, and other dangerous itemsconcealed inside vehicle structures, compartments, and cargo areas.
The system adopts a self-shielded structure and modular design, allowing:
Flexible construction according to site conditions
Easy reassembly and relocation
Rapid deployment at temporary or permanent checkpoints
Optional integrations include:
Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR)
Personal information binding
Under Vehicle Inspection System (UVIS)
These options enable GS2910 to function as part of a complete, multi-layer vehicle security inspection solution.
