CRB800 Automatic Crash Rated Road Blocker

CRB800 GS Automatic Crash Rated Road Blocker is a high-security hydraulic road blocker developed for extreme hostile vehicle mitigation applications. The system has been independently impact tested and certified to PAS 68 standards, capable of stopping a 7,500 kg vehicle traveling at 80 km/h with zero penetration beyond the blocking line.

Designed to withstand direct impact forces exceeding 1,852 kJ, CRB800 is engineered for use in locations where vehicle-borne attacks present a serious risk. The blocker remains fully operational even after impact, ensuring continuous site protection.

GS Automatic Crash Rated Road Blocker CRB800 is PAS 68 impact tested which is designated as a Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) Solution having been PAS 68 impact tested.

The CRB800 road blocker has achieved a PAS 68 rating of V/7500(N2)/80/90:0/17, demonstrating its ability to stop a heavy vehicle at full speed without breaching the protected perimeter.

The system has been structurally evaluated by the Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) and physically tested in full-scale crash tests conducted by the Motor Industry Research Association (MIRA).

CRB800 is purpose-built for protecting high-risk and high-value locations including government buildings, embassies, airports, military bases, power stations, and other national infrastructure facilities.

This is a specialist vehicle-only security product and must be deployed following a full site risk assessment. For safety reasons, pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcycles should not use blocker-controlled roadways.
